Course Description

TopDog has developed the cutting-edge Search Engine Analyzer/Submitter to give you THE advantage in winning the search engine positioning wars. This "fast track" online class will teach the students how to operate the Analyzer and Submitter components of the software. Students will learn how to customize and configure the software, how to submit a site, produce a submission report, a details report, a summary report, a keyword submission report and a submission summary report, as well as troubleshooting the software. Upon completion the students will have a thorough level of understading of the software components and be able to operate it independently for personal use, business use or in a consulting practice. Students will have access to class bulletin board and chat room to exchange information and clarify questions.

Outcome

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: A. Have a thorough level of understanding of the software and be able to operate it independently. B. They will understand the different components of the software and how they will benefit by using it. C. Will be able to maximize and apply this knowledge in follow-up JER workshop or tutorial classes they enroll in. D. They will be well-versed in working with the software and will be able to use it in a consulting practice if desired.

Assessment

Students will be able to demonstrate thr following: 1. Students will submit a site a produce a submission report. 2. Students will search for a particular search term and produce a summary report. 3. Students will search for a particular search term and produce a details report. 4. Students will search for a particular search term and produce a keyword summary report. 5. Students will search for a particular search term and produce a submission summary report.
